Ingredients:
• Selection of salad greens including watercress
• 125 g bacon rashers, cut into strips and fried
• 6 dried pears, cut into strips
• Basic vinaigrette
• Chopped pecan nuts or toasted sunflower seeds
Method:
- Arrange the salad leaves on a serving platter and stack the fried bacon and pears on top.
- Drizzle with a little dressing and scatter the pecan nuts or sunflower seeds on top just before serving.
- Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
